DENISE GERRICH LOSES 181 POUNDS IN 18 MONTHS

“Staci Wallace and The Ultimate Body Make-over have not only changed my life, but they SAVED my life. 18 months ago I weighed 330 pounds and was told by my doctor that I had approximately one year to live. I was hopeless and having tried every diet in the book, I was convinced that CHANGE for me was simply NOT possible. Thank God I was wrong. This program has enabled me to not only lose 181 pounds in 18 months, but I have done so WITHOUT going to a gym, I eat 5 meals a day, and I have COMPLETELY changed my entire life, relationships, and now have a powerful sense of hope and destiny for my future. To top it off, Staci has showed me how to brand my story, capitalize on my pain, and turn my scars into a star that will light the way for others. – Denise Gerrich, Go Here for More Details

diabetes2.jpg

Diabetes is a pretty big Sache--there is increasing obesity epidemic of this century. 23.6 Million children and adults in the United States is alone affected (7.8% of the population). Add another 57 million (give or take), have the pre diabetes and we have a crisis on our hands until 2050 triple projected, and costs about 3.3 trillion (with a "T") by 2020.

It is now pretty much common sense, the exercise improves blood sugar control in type II diabetic, but most studies focus singular exercise interventions.

But a study from the journal of the American Medical Association will evaluate the efficacy of both aerobic, strength training and aerobic and strength training protocols combined layers, when it comes to hemoglobin A1c (a measure of how much sugar is sticking to cells and therefore a good predictor of long-term increased blood sugar). Here are the details.

262 Men and women with type II DiabetesAverage aged 56 years9 month exercise ProgramAverage hemoglobin A1c level 7.7% (normal levels are 4-5, 9%) 41 participants were 72 aerobic exercises sessions; not exercise control; 73 on resistance training; and 76 combines aerobic and strength training assigned.

HbA1c level

-0.34% Combo group - 0.16% strength training only 0, 24% aerobic training only

The control group rose actually use diabetes medicines, while the combination training group of his diabetes use decreased drugs.

Weight loss

All exercise groups reduces waist (.75-1, 1 inch) the resistance training group lost on average 7 lbs fat MassThe combo group lost on average 3.7 kg fat mass

If I could your diabetes action plan in the basic terms describe it would be cleaning your diet, move and lift. In other words, do a combo box and stop order combos!

MRPRICK.JPG

America "Land of free" - Yes, eat what we want is not exactly us do not enjoy free of charge. Obesity epidemic, heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure and diabetes... many of diabetes.

And if we don't kick our unhealthy habits, it is much worse.

The U.S. Centers for disease control and prevention warn if we continue food poor and avoid exercise, one third of the American Diabetes 2050 will have.

Census officials at the CDC studied facts and figures about the latest trends in diabetes, and models to project future spikes in diabetes. Researchers say Americans their lifestyle change diabetes could become more frequent in the United States over the next 40 years.

The new report claims over the next 40 years the prevalence of all diabetes diagnosed and not diagnosed from 1 to 10 adults to between 1 in 5 adults and 1 in 3 adults 2050 could jump.

A spokesman for the CDC «Are alarming figures show how important it is to change the course of type 2 diabetes.»

It is only 2010 and the United States is already in diabetes. It is estimated that in 2007 the American Diabetes Association 17.9 million people with diabetes, with potentially an another 5.7 million undiagnosed cases were diagnosed.

The CDC's are no better current figures. You appreciate, 24 million adults in the United States have diabetes, with type 2 diabetes is most commonly used. Poor nutrition, physical inactivity and obesity are major risk factors for type 2 diabetes.

But hey, the rest of the world is in a bad state. 220 Million people suffer the World Health Organization reports diabetes worldwide. World fail.

bob-mewse.jpg

I love a good weight loss success story. And here is a little different than the standard....

As Bob Mewse, at the age of 56, a picture of yourself page via Google Street view in November last year to saw, he was in as the form he looked stunned. He commented

I had thought about it to lose weight for some time, but after I the image, I knew that I had to actually do something about it. I was in such bad condition that I was able to go and speak at the same time.

So, after the image displayed, he dramatically changed his diet of cakes, potato chips, cookies and takeaway food healthier foods such as salads, fruit, vegetables fibrous and protein-rich foods. Also three days a week, he began to work.

This is what Mr Mewse looks like now...

He went from a morbidly obese 21st 3Ib on amazing 14 stone of this lifestyle changes.

Isn't a wonderful result?

Mr Mewse adds

If I can do this, can someone — I'm just an ordinary guy. I feel much healthier now.

I often recommend that clients focus on a picture of yourself, if you were thinner to help motivate their weight loss efforts. There are also sites this idea, where you can create a virtual thin version of you.

See a picture of your body to its ideal weight is a powerful motivator. But as Mr Mewse has shown the opposite can also true.

Poll: Are you to your true blind weight?

blind-to-true-weight.jpg

The mystery of why some obese people think that you look good in Lycra resolved.

Typically, a distorted picture of the body on skinny people who think you are fat is discussed.

A new study shows however that this the other way, works how many obese women see themselves as not overweight.

The University of Texas Medical Branch respondents 2200 women aged between 18 and 25 dieting habits, their way of life and sense of self. About 25% of women were obese, classified, perceived themselves as normal BMI.

Researchers say that this is alarming because if women see themselves as having a problem you're unlikely to eat healthy and exercise. Women are not alone in this area, like other new studies found that obese men see also often themselves as normal.
